St. Clair Youth Treatment Center served male high school youth with mental health, substance abuse and/or behavioral needs. As an Evidence-Based Mental Health Program (EBMH), St. Clair prescribed evidence-based, trauma-informed therapeutic services, involved the family and community, and offered diverse social and educational opportunities.
